As John Leguizamo explains in the trailer for "Latin History for Morons," "if you don't see yourself represented outside of yourself, you just feel fucking invisible." The Tony Award winner's latest one-man show allows his fellow Latinx folks to see themselves in 3,000 years of history as they journey from the time of the Mayan and Aztec civilizations through today. Those who missed the show's acclaimed Broadway run can see what Whitewashed history books leave out by watching "Latin History for Morons" on Netflix, where it began streaming yesterday (November 5).
