Celebrate Janet Jackson's Rock Hall Induction With Her Biggest Hits

She is the only artist of color in a Hall of Fame class of inductees dominated by White rockers.

The third time's the charm for Janet Jackson and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The Cleveland-based museum announced her induction today (December 13).

The organization has faced repeated critique for ignoring artists of color. Jackson, who was previously nominated for the 2016 and 2017 classes, is the only artist of color in a 2019 cohort dominated by White rockers.
