WATCH: Aziz Ansari is Really Annoyed That Some People Aren’t Planning to Vote

By Kenrya Rankin Oct 19, 2016

The general election is just 20 days away, and each day seems to bring a new poll about who is planning to do their civic duty on November 8. Apparently, “Master of None” creator and star Aziz Ansari is pissed that there are young people who don’t want to vote. And with good reason: while Pew Research Center reports that Millennials and Gen Xers make up 56 percent of eligible voters, just 53.9 percent of them actually voted in 2012. That puts them way behind Boomers and their older siblings the Greatest and Silent generations when it comes to voter turnout.

So Ansari partnered with environmental super PAC NextGen Climate Action Committee to break down why voting is so important. Watch the (hilarious) video, released October 17, above.
