Today’s Love is for the Women Who Bring the Revolution

In this video, Egyptian women shatter stereotypes about their perceived oppression.

While the women of Egypt were out protesting every day, bringing the revolution and busy making history in the historic 18-day protests that brought and end to Hosni Mubarak’s 30-year regime they were also shattering stereotypes about their perceived oppression. We loved this simple video by Yasmin Moll of images of women marching, standing atop tanks leading chants, carrying their babes and conferring with each other while they dared the police to arrest them.
