He addressed the issue of immigration, a contentious topic in border states such as Arizona, and addressed the need to create paths of citizenship for undocumented immigrants living in the U.S. The Business Journal of Phoenix Media Companies File Motion to Open Jena 6 Trial To Public The Chicago Tribune, along with the Los Angeles Times, the New York Times, Associated Press, ABC News, CNN, and other media corporations, have filed a First Amendment petition to bring the Jena trial into the open. The motion challenges the decision of Judge Mauffray, who closed the proceedings on Mychal Bell’s case and ordered all parties not to speak about it. Chicago Tribune Obama Calls For Justice Dept.
