The Hill reports that during a scheduled joint press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, President Obama may issue remarks about the state of emergency in Baltimore. The president has yet to make any public comments about Baltimore since Freddie Gray’s death in police custody on April 19.
