After a three-year hiatus, the Latinx advocacy organization UnidosUS (formerly known as National Council of La Raza) partnered with Fuse to present the American Latino Media Arts (ALMA) Awards ceremony in Los Angeles last night (November 4).

rntThe reinvigorated awards show recognizes the achievement and civic engagement of Latinx entertainers and media figures. This year’s ceremony, hosted by actor Wilmer Valderrama ("NCIS"), also featured live sets from singers Ally Brooke and Amara La Negra alongside honors for the following people:

- Actress Gina Rodriguez and the rest of the cast of "Jane the Virgin"
- Actress Eva Longoria ("Dog Days")
- Musician J. Alvarez
- Teen activists Zoey Luna, Jamie Margolin and Samantha Fuentes, honored as Young Trailblazers
