Lots of people want 'The 20/20 Experience.'

Love him or hate him, Justin Timberlake knows how to sell pop music. The singer’s third solo album, "The 20/20 Experience", is on its way to selling nearly a million copies in its first week. From [The Hollywood Reporter](http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/justin-timberlakes-20-20-album-430573): > On Sunday (March 24), industry sources forecast that the pop star’s new The 20/20 Experience could sell between 950,000 and 975,000 by the close of the tracking week — Sunday night. (Nielsen SoundScan’s sales week runs Monday-Sunday each week.) As I wrote last week for Colorlines.com, there’s something troubling about Timberlake’s appropriation of black music. It’s good, and also [embodies the historical mistrust between white performers and black listeners](https://colorlines.com/archives/2013/03/the_trouble_with_justin_timberlakes_appropriation_of_black_music.html). But however fans feel about it, it looks like they can’t help but listen.
