rntThe Cleveland museum’s announcement lists 15 nominees for its 2019 class. Two of the candidates are Black solo artists, while others feature prominent vocalists and instrumentalists of color in their lineups. Here are this year’s nominees of color:

They were all previously nominated but not inducted. The Hall of Fame will announce the inductees in December, then honor them via a televised ceremony on March 29.
