A number of women took to Twitter Sunday night to celebrate Chris Brown’s return to the Grammys by tweeting their hopes of getting beat up by the rapper. What’s striking of course is that within these jokes, they’re on the receiving end of violent sex and they’re identifying Brown as a brute–something he’s attempted to dispel. What’s even stranger is that the tweets come on the third anniversary of Brown’s high profile arrest for assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna.
