Breaking: White Supremacist Shoots 2 at Holocaust Museum

By Channing Kennedy Jun 10, 2009

From CNN:

A lone gunman wounded a security guard at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum on Wednesday before being injured by return fire, according to police and a museum statement. The suspect was identified as James von Brunn, an 88-year-old white supremacist from Maryland, two law enforcement officials told CNN.

From von Brunn’s bio on his website, HolyWesternEmpire.org (link to offsite archive):

In 1981 Von Brunn attempted to place the treasonous Federal Reserve Board of Governors under legal, non-violent, citizens arrest. He was tried in a Washington, D.C. Superior Court; convicted by a Negro jury, Jew/Negro attorneys, and sentenced to prison for eleven years by a Jew judge. A Jew/Negro/White Court of Appeals denied his appeal. He served 6.5 years in federal prison. (Read about von Brunn’s "Federal Reserve Caper" HERE.) He is now an artist and author and lives on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Talking Points Memo is putting together a collection of von Brunn’s writings on the web. It’s what you’d expect — Obama’s citizenship, immigration, praise for Hitler. Our thoughts are with the families of the victims. It should also be said that this is exactly the right-wing terrorism that Napolitano’s DHS report was derided for talking about. Who on the right will call von Brunn a terrorist? Would it be easier if he were from some non-white supremacy movement?
