Bob Marley’s Love Lives on Through Music, Activism

1Love offers you a sustainable way to give back.

Bob Marley’s got one of the most recognizable names — and brands — in the world. And now the legendary singer’s family has found a way to leverage the late singer’s fame, along with their own, to do good in the world. His family, who’ve each dabbled in music and fashion careers of their own, has banded together to start [1Love](http://www.1love.org/#), an effort that makes it easy for people to support charities that are close to the Marley’s heart. Do a quick scan of the website and you can see everything from quick bios of each family member to the partner organizations that they support, which each do work with either disadvantaged youth, the environment, and global peace. Viewers get their choice of any number of Marley-branded sustainable products, like Jamaican coffee or specialized headphones, and buying them supports organizations that range from the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to the African Leadership Academy. We’re ending the day as often as possible by celebrating love. We welcome your ideas for posts.
