Target collaborated with Missoni, H&M worked with Versace and now the Obama-Biden campaign is teaming up with 22 fashion designers to launch ‘Runway to Win,’ a clothing and accessories project aimed to raise funds for President Obama’s reelection.

WWD describes the partnership:

"The initiative will officially bow Thursday, when an e-commerce site at runwaytowin.com will launch to sell products from participating designers, who include Marc Jacobs, Tory Burch, Diane von Furstenberg, Narciso Rodriguez, Jason Wu, Alexander Wang, Joseph Altuzarra, Rag & Bone, Rachel Roy and Tracy Reese. The designs include T-shirts, tote bags, scarves and wristlets, with all proceeds going to the Obama Victory Fund."

Let’s hope everything is made in unionized factories in the U.S. or else they’ll be guranteed controversy.
