Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer tells Politico.com President Barack Obama is “absolutely” race-baiting and pandering for the Latino vote.
“He panders to them,” Brewer said, referring to Hispanic voters. “Look what he’s done: He hasn’t secured my borders.”
