When Colombian actress Sofia Vergara approached E! News’ red carpet stage, host Giuliana Rancic greeted her with a mariachi calling.

“Ai, ai, ai, ai, ai,” Rancic said as Vergara took the stage.

Watch the video above. Vergara doesn’t seem to mind it but it’s an awkward moment for viewers if you could consider that a moment like that would never happen to Latina actresses like Salma Hayak, Penélope Cruz, Eva Longoria.
