More on this very soon, but excited to share with you a must-read report on the relationship between racial justice organizations and the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender community, produced by researchers at ColorLines’ publisher, the Applied Research Center, in partnership with the Arcus Foundation. The study analyzes barriers to engagement and makes several key recommendations for building bridges between racial justice and LGBT rights work. The executive summary is available now and the full study to be released next week at Facing Race.

Link to press release here. ARC has a teleconference scheduled for Thurs Sept 23 to discuss the full LGBT report, and press passes are available for the Facing Race conference, waiving registration. Media contact for the report: Rebekah Spicuglia at rspicuglia@arc.org.
